Meet Peter
I believe effective therapy begins with a relationship where you feel respected, understood, and able to be honest. My style is collaborative, curious, and grounded in practical tools you can use outside of sessions.
Together, we will explore what is keeping you stuck, recognize the strengths you already bring, and create a path toward the changes that matter most to you.

Frequently asked questions
This practice currently provides therapy remotely through secure video sessions.
This is a private-pay practice, and I do not bill insurance directly.
Choosing private pay allows therapy to remain focused on your individual needs rather than the requirements or limitations that may be imposed by an insurance company. It also provides greater privacy, as a mental health diagnosis and treatment information generally do not need to be shared with an insurance provider.
If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Because every insurance plan is different, I recommend contacting your insurer directly to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits, deductible, and reimbursement rates.
If you have questions about fees, payment options, or whether private-pay therapy is the right fit for you, I'm happy to discuss them during your complimentary consultation.
The first full session is an opportunity to discuss your current concerns, relevant history, goals, and what you hope to gain from therapy. You will also have time to ask questions.
Many clients begin with weekly appointments. Frequency can be adjusted based on your needs, treatment goals, and availability.
Telehealth works well for many people, but it is not appropriate for every situation. We can discuss your needs during the initial consultation and identify other resources when necessary.
